1. Services

We provide food safety training, consultancy, HACCP implementation, layout approvals and related services approved by Sharjah Municipality. All services are subject to availability and prior registration.

2. Training & Certification

  • Participants must register in advance and provide accurate details.
  • Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of training and meeting assessment requirements.
  • Training sessions are delivered in approved languages (English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Urdu).

3. Payments & Fees

  • All training and consultancy fees must be paid in advance or as per agreed terms.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a cancellation policy.
  • We reserve the right to update fees at any time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Consultancy & Layout Approvals

  • Consultancy services, including HACCP, Menu Safe, and kitchen layout approvals are provided in compliance with Sharjah Municipality requirements.
  • Clients must provide accurate documents and cooperate to ensure successful approvals.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Clients and students must provide accurate, updated information during registration.
  • Any misuse of our website or services may result in termination of access.
  • Participants are responsible for following safety guidelines during training.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Rukn Al Miaraj Food Safety Consultancy and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or delays arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sharjah courts.
